Our mission

Money in politics is public information. It just isn’t visible. We want to change that.

Every dollar behind a campaign is, in principle, a matter of public record. In practice, seeing it means digging through FEC filings, state disclosure portals, and third-party databases that were never built for ordinary citizens. The information exists; the access doesn’t.

We believe civic tools should make funding sources obvious, not effortful. A citizen shouldn’t need a research budget or a press pass to learn who bankrolls the people asking for their vote.

Our goal is straightforward: any citizen should be able to spend two minutes and know exactly who funds every candidate on their ballot. That’s the whole mission — transparency that fits in a coffee break.
